We were in an excellent and incredible location not too far from Park Mgm Las Vegas. the room turned out to be airy and bright with tea/coffee making facilities, a double bed, as an example.

Location is excellent, right by the harbour. The proprietors were most helpful and their English helped overcome my poor French! His recommendation of restaurant was ideal and the facility of being able to garage the car at the hotel was reassuring. The bedroom was well equipped and the standard of furnishing very good for a hotel in this price bracket. They deserve to succeed.

Charming old hotel in a domestic area, close to bars and restaurants. Bright and airy room with central heating, multi-channel television and a study table. Very helpful and outstandingly accommodating personnel, exceptionally comfortable bed. Excellent and unbeatable location at a walking distance from Thomas Henry Museum.

The vibes here were cozy and warm, just like a family home. We loved the family room we stayed in because it had a nice view 🌄. the room was equipped with everything we needed like a heater, a desk for work, and a TV for entertainment.

We enjoyed the typically French traditional ethos of the hotel, it was well placed overlooking the harbour and also very handy to be able to ,use lots of local restaurants on foot, leaving the car in a secure locked garage(this needs to be booked)

reception was freindly and helpful
no in room drink facilities .Needs decoration and new carpet ,it was a bit dated. The breakfast was very basic it consisted of 2 pieces of bread and a croissant .there should be more choice .Therefore i found it very expensive and would not return

Oliver, the proprietor,is a real gem.Friendly, helpful and informative,he made us feel totally welcome and at ease. The hotel is ideally situated for both a visit to Cherbourg and as a base for exploring Normandy. It represents a jewell in value in an area which in terms of wining and dining seems to have lost the plot. The weather was fantastic for our long weekend and an excellent time was had by all 4 of us.
The carpet in our room requires cleaning/replacing.

A very nice welcome from the friendly owners. Very good bedroom with an excellent bathroom and lovely overall decor. One of the best in it's class we have stayed in. Would definitely stay again. Owners deserve all the visitors they can get !! We did not have breakfast so cannot comment. A very nice night's stay in a very comfortable bed/room.
